We reserve the right to update pricelists, amend designs, specifications, and/or terms prior to order confirmation. Delivery costs shall depend upon location and shall be additional as applicable. Please reach out to us for details on the same prior to order confirmation. Unless specified otherwise, an advance payment is required to confirm an order, followed by a balance payment at the time of dispatch.

Most products have a lead time of 3-6 weeks, unless otherwise mentioned. Some of our products (especially in marble or other stones, terrazzo, etc.) and custom orders may require longer lead times. The lead time for your order shall be shared with you for your approval prior to order confirmation.

We offer standard corrugated packaging for most of our products. We may recommend non-standard or custom wooden boxes, depending upon the delivery location and mode of transport for heavy, large and/or custom products, for which additional charges may apply.

Products must be returned as they were delivered, packaged or sufficiently protected for transport to our workshop. Returns for products purchased through our stockists or retailers will require to be routed through them. We will review the return request and provide a response within 7 working days. Authorisation for a return will be based on a careful understanding of the problem and reason for the return. We cannot accept returns on custom orders.

Do contact us immediately in case of an order cancellation. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. We cannot accept cancellations on custom orders.

Any modification may compromise safety, durability, and functionality. We cannot be responsible for products that are modified.

Quality and Warranty
Our furniture, lights, and objects are produced in small batches to the highest standards. We guarantee that each piece is free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials and will perform under normal use and conditions.


Variation in natural markings, grain, and figure are intentional characters of each unique piece and are not considered defects. Small splits or mild warping that develops in wood are caused by fluctuation in temperature and humidity and may appear and disappear with time and use. While we have taken careful precautions to mitigate this occurrence, it is an inherent quality of the material itself and will not affect durability or lifespan of the product under normal conditions.

Resolution Policy
If questions or concerns arise, please contact us immediately at mail@casegoods.in with details and ideally images pertaining to the problem. This will provide us with an opportunity to understand the concern and provide a solution. In the event of a failure or problem in a specific component, we can arrange shipment of parts to you and professional guidance on replacement. In some instances we may request returning the product to our workshop for repairs or review. Each situation will be evaluated on a case by case basis and we will work towards a solution and resolution of the product.

Casegoods is committed to resolving concerns arising from material defects and workmanship issues under standard usage conditions for a period of one year from the delivery date. Please note that any alterations to the product, changes to its materials, or non-compliance with the care instructions enclosed with the products or the use of non-original parts may affect the validity of this warranty. Damages during handling are not covered. Any modification may compromise safety. Casegoods is not responsible for products that are modified.
